Updates to Subscribers

Midwest Publishing Company continually updates the Energy Industry information in our extensive database. Customers can elect to receive listing updates to their PC Directory automatically on a monthly basis or request to receive updates when it is most convenient for them. Listing updates require an Internet connection to activate, so customers who have continual Internet availability may elect to receive automatic updates, while those with only periodical Internet availability may elect to initiate updates at their discretion when an Internet connection is available.

Updates from Subscribers

Midwest Publishing Company has designed into its PC Directory the ability for customers to send any changes they may have discovered through their regular business contacts directly to us via email . If any incorrect or omitted information is discovered, please notify us via the automatic UPDATE email function (which appears in the blue function bar on the right-hand side of the Company Detail Listing screen.) We will obtain the correct information and return the information to you within 48 hours. It will then be reflected in the next overall database update you receive for your PC Directory. We believe that by working together as team with our customers, we all aim toward having a more useful and accurate database for everyone's benefit.

Great care is taken to assure accuracy of listed information. In most cases, existing information was supplied by the company listed. When no response was received, some information was obtained from best available sources. MWP assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions and welcomes any notices from users.

Frequent Change

The Energy Industry changes drastically every day. Many company listings change 7 to 13 times a year, and in excess of 87% of all listings experience significant changes during any 12 month period. Midwest Publishing Company has designed this product to not only capture those changes in an effective and timely manner, but to distribute those changes to our customers on a consistent basis. This provides the most up-to-date information available at all times during the term of a subscription.
